2011: Harp Dragonfly Geomapping Interface
The Harp Dragonfly Mapping project was one of the first projects that we did at the CDI. Professor George Harp is professor emeritus at Arkansas State University, and he has an extensive dragonfly collection of over 25,000 specimen. After taking high resolution images of Dr. George Harp’s dragonfly collection, we were able to geolocate each dragonfly according to the specific find spot in Google Earth.
